I crack them in a mixing bowl, add whatever I want in them (usually salt, pepper and a little cheese) whisk it really good and pour them in a skillet.

I heat fat in a skillet (sometimes olive oil, sometimes smart balance "butter"). Pour beaten eggs (with S & P) in, stir it around, let it get hot, add a little milk or water, depending on my mood. And the liquid steams a tad so I get fluffy and creamy eggs at the same time. Pan has to be pretty hot for it to work well. My eggs are awesome.

Sounds good. I don't scramble eggs often and when I do, that's pretty much all I do. I didn't mention that I use butter to scramble them. I rarely cook breakfast but when I do, I go for artery clogging old school flavor. I never touch an olive oil bottle.

I know, but it's just me so usually it's a bowl of cereal or a couple of Nutri-Grain bars and a cup of coffee. Sometimes it's leftovers from the night before. Like this morning....bowl of rice with chicken, blackeyed peas, corn and Peppers.

When my fiance and I lived together, I would make some version of eggs Benedict pretty much every morning. She loved my cooking and that made me want to cook that much more. Any kind of leftover seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables etc and an imagination, can make an excellent Benedict.

After the bet I will. :)

One of my favorite breakfasts is scrambled eggs cooked with celery and a little soy sauce and garlic. Yum!

Just using the whites I guess.

Haha, soy, celery and garlic in egg whites. Do you add the whites in just for "texture?" :)

I know you weren't. I was just teasing. Like "How do you know a teenager is lying? His lips are moving." lol

And I use whole eggs. :)

I know you were teasing, the "smiley" gave it away. :)

I thought maybe because of "the diet" you were using just the whites (no racism), and soy, garlic and cooked celery are so strong in flavor and egg whites have virtually no flavor, I just thought it was funny.

It's fried rice without the rice. :dance2:
