I was ready to kill when the 21 lobster tails, 21 Filets and 5 lbs of asparagus went on with the same shat. After I finished, I actually went outside thinking I was gonna throw up.

now that's a party...

Thank you volly and behr. Sorry I hadnt replied, I wrote it on my list to get both so I could make it both ways (then feed whichever one I didnt like to the wild critters lol)

I would suggest making it the way volly said. Get the sriracha tho, experiment with before you use it in anything.
 
Behr, not sure when I'm gonna buy one but I want to get your thoughts on a standing rib roast. I want to fix it like prime rib. I had thought about putting it in the smoker for a bit then finishing it off in the oven. Any ideas or tips?

O-tay. Just let me know before you decide to cook it, there might be a couple of small things you will need that you might not have. Fresh Rosemary, Fresh Garlic, Red Wine, Unflavored dental floss and fresh Thyme.
 
Got it. On a side note; I just made me a pineapple sammich on an everything thin bagel. Not bad at all.
 
You and those pineapple sammiches. Did you ever try a version of the California Jhen? I can't remember.
 
No, I need to. I printed it out somewhere. Mama surprised me with the pineapple when she ran to the store just before Christmas. I cut it Wed afternoon. Got enough for 1 more sammich.
