I refuse to acknowledge "lulz'.

I can give you a couple of "simple" veal recipes along with the cuts you need to prepare them. Veal is expensive, but it only takes a little to go a long way. Therefore, it's a nice inexpensive dish for 4.

I would like to try it again. Simple is best for me. I like to cook but i'm no expert. Not even close.

I made some bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp tonight for practice, it's been a while.

I shared them with my neighbors for "input". If I was interested, I'm sure I could have a homosexual experience and "hit" his wife tonight. Hahaha.

Get some Veal Cutlets, they are usually sold in 8 oz portions (two 4 oz to a pack at Publix). 5-6 bucks.

Lombardi sweet Marsala $9 bucks for a bottle. Will make 12 or more of this dish. (you can drink it too, if you want).

Start with a pan (I like a black iron skillet) on medium high heat.

Pour about a cup of Marsala, 1/4 stick of salted sweet butter, 1/4 cup of shallots or Spanish onion, a tsp (or more) fresh garlic and 1 cup of mushrooms (my choice shiitake).

Let it all simmer (make love) and throw the veal in for maybe 45 seconds to a minute.

Oh baby!

Another one....

Take the veal cutlets and dredge them in seasoned flour.

Dip them in buttermilk.

Dredge them again in flour.

Press them in homemade breadcrumbs.

Drop them in hot olive oil.

Place on plate, ladle marinara over them and garnish with fresh basil and shaved Parmesan.

I'm hungry!

The first one is awesome.

If you want to be really simple....

Heat some olive oil in a pan with some onion and fresh garlic, put the veal in and saute for maybe a minute. Serve it with some asparagus sauteed in the same pan with the juice/drippings. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese and chives.:good!:

Just be sure to not ruin it with any kind of gravy. Squeeze fresh lemon on the finished product and you will wanna slap yo mama for not making it for you when you was a tadpole.

What was that German Resteraunt over near titans stadium? I think I had this there or something similar. It was delicious. Those prefrozen veal cutlets a lot of people are exposed to are bad but true fresh veal is out of this world.
