Well, if Behr isn't going to tell of the fate of his peppers, I'll let you know that my Gypsy pepper plant is in overdrive, with many ripening in the cooling weather. The giant marconis are HUGE. May have to harvest these last few green as they don't ripen with any speed at all. The peppers are sweet, and my missus is happy. When I want that zing, I can always add a dash of ground cayenne. :yes:

Can’t. Only made 1/2 the recipe and had to split it with my cousin. So only have 6 pints and promised one to Governmentmule. Maybe next year...if you’re good😁.

Give that chowchow 30 days before you crack it open and enjoy. I'm envious.

Ain't nothing better than cornbread smothered with beans and topped with chowchow. UMMMMMMMMMM!
