Well?

Was curious if you went somewhere and found what you liked then ordered them online.

Those are really good knives, I know you're going to enjoy them!

Got'm!

I have never handled a knife like this. It feels so different from the run of the mill one's we're used to owning. Here's a pix of the Dalstrong (HBPW is using the Shun):

That's a sweet knife dude. Once you/hbpw gets used to it, you'll appreciate it more than you expected.

Yea but that stuff is highly flammable. I suggest you spray the food as you're putting it on the grill.
I will try that. I have been jonesing for some grilled barbecue chicken but when I grill chicken the skin always sticks to the grill. Really pisses me off.

How was it?

My Carolina Reaper and Chocolate Scorpion sprouts are looking healthy. Woot!

It turns out that one of my store-bought pepper plants isn't what it was labeled. I'm thinking it might be a gypsy hybrid, but the first two peppers fell off the plant while pale yellow. Tastes a little bit like a Cubanelle, but isn't as sizable...

Why do you think it fell off? Prematurely I assume.

I thought prematurely, but, the connective stem withered, and the fruit fell off the plant. I will watch closely the new peppers which will form from the latest flowering. If the connective stems appear to be weakening, pluck and consume.
