What did the guacamole look like? It looks like normal guacamole I guess with chunks of bacon in it. Not really chunks, bits maybe. Hubby isn't a big fan of guacamole, but he ate this up.

I picked up the seasoning today. I see lots of uses for it. I'm going to do it in a pan. Probably saute some vegetables and at the end throw in some more fresh vegetables.

Perfect! Do me a favor and make sure it gets a little crispy, it's really salty if it turns into a moist clumpy mess and you will be disappointed. Otherwise, I'm confident you'll approve.

I was curious because of the color combination. White, green and red. Glad Tony liked it!

That's interesting. Cooking excites me more than anything else I do, with my pants on. Iwould have never expected that one. But, I'm happy to know you enjoy as much as you do.

Now that Nathan brought the laughs, the reason I asked that question was just curiosity. I read but don't post in the two threads in the Pub because those guys would probably think I was an a-hole (fork you Jessup). Today there was a post by a guy that said that was his favorite thread because there were no "negafoodies " (Negacook sounds better, both are dumb) but, when I read it, I thought that's probably what they would call me and it was a good decision to not post there.

No biggie, like 95, was just curious.

Yes. You just won't see what he posts, unless someone quotes him. Unless you have a friend who deletes his post. Then nobody sees it. :)

I've considered it in the last couple of weeks, one guy's redundancy had my finger on the trigger, just to get a break for a few days. Same thing in every thread. But just as I thought I had had enough, he comes up with a "zinger " telling a mod how he should be responding to posters he disagreed with. Haha, complete with " you should say this".......and wrote a paragraph.

I'll never consider again.
