Afraid we might get into a rift. :)

I like all dogs. Well, except for a couple of breeds.

What about race cars? They're fast!

What does this have to do with food?

Behr, ever made a coconut dream cake?
If so care to share ur recipe?

Behr, i got this one for you.
Step one, buy coconuts.
put coconuts in a pillow case.
Wait till girl is not looking and whack her in the head with said pillow case, thus putting her in dream land.
Step two
eat all the cake you want. :whistling:

No. I don't make a lot of desserts. My guess....

Toasted shredded coconut
Flour
Eggs
Baking powder
Sugar
Whipped cream
Powdered sugar (mixed in the whipped cream)
Vanilla extract
Butter

I'd figure out to layer some pineapple/banana chocolate in there somewhere.

The key to this recipe is to prepare it naked.

Make a video of you making it and share it with us so we can see how it (the cake) turned out.

I still think pineapple and banana should fit in there somewhere.

Behr, you asked me Friday about what mojo RV uses and I could not remember the name. Well, it's Goya. She said making her own was alright, but for all the trouble, Goya was better for her. On a side note, I stole a bottle of Sriracha out of the Fridge to bring to work. ahh ha I am addicted.

I'm the same way about making my own. I haven't tried Goya "Badia" is the one I use, that's some good stuff!

I have some good pics of the firepit and my fire grate set up of us smoking/grilling jalapenos stuffed with the sausage ball recipe you posted. So we basically smoked the jalapenos and turned them into chipotles. The stuffing went well with them and we used several different dipping sauces, but bleu cheese was RV's favorite, I mixed ranch with my "ass kickin" steak sauce for my fav.
I will try to figure out how to get the pics off of RV's camera and post them.

Bet they were good! Love to see the pics. Both sauces sound good but I would probably like BBQ sauce the best for my dippin.

Speaking of sausage cheese balls, that was a favorite thing my mom always made during Christmas time that I so enjoyed as a kid. I had forgotten about them until a couple of weeks ago. Another item she always made was Rotel dip. I made some yesterday for the first time in years.....It was a hit with my neighbors that had never heard of it.

RV makes another stuffing for jalapenos that we normally have. We have never cooked them over the open fire before though. We either baked or deep fried them coated in panko or chicken breader. The other stuffing is mostly cheese and sausage with some misc. spices. Probably garlic if I know RV.
She made gingerbread cookies and shortbread cookies yesterday too. Her short bread had fresh rosemary and paramesan cheese in them. Actually, I think she substituted irish sharp cheddar for parmesan. Excellent. I love warm cookies.
