He been hanging out on the ff again?

Me thinks so.

Speaking of lasagna, soft top or hard top?

I like the top of my lasagna almost burnt (hard top).

I like it both ways, but prefer it golden soft and gooey. I like to use Bechamel in mine and it goes on next to last with shredded mozzarella being last, so almost burned is not an option for me.

Both ways are good. Imo. That Italian restaurant in Germany made it with the crunchy top and I was hooked.

Ain't nothing wrong with that. When the cheese gets just perfect and takes on the texture and flavor of frico, it does add another dimension. My grandma on my dads side made hers like that. I would never eat it another way, if I could have hers everytime.

A fruit that is so good, in many ways, but especially in a smoothie that we forget about....kiwi. Like raw oysters? Try a piece of kiwi with them. Boom!

I'm allergic to kiwi. Of all the shizuoka to be allergic to...KIWI! WTF?

I would leave it out of my recipes then. Why the hell you using it in your smoothie?

Haha

My wife checks every thing for Kiwi berore she buys it. I don't piss her off before grocery shopping.

That sucks, I love kiwi but I don't think about often enough. I'm lucky in the allergy category, no known food allergies.
