That'd be cool. My wife used to make it from scratch. Probably a lot of people do.
That's one of those things, to me, that isn't worth the time. 99% of the time, no one could tell the difference unless they were told.
Don't get me wrong. Fresh pasta and fresh gravy is the way to go, but you can cheat and still be a genius, with the right gravy.:good!:
Oh, I know that. I get all my pasta from Amazon. I use the DeLallo Organic brand from Italy. I think some people just like to do things like that all the way from scratch. I've done some things like that just to try it and then go back to buying it from a store.
I like Durkee's and Homemade Teriyaki mixed half and half.
