I actually thought it might be close to a ganache when I first saw it on here. Really didn’t have a clue. Just adding gravy behind chocolate seemed out of place. Who knew.

They were sweet, the girl brought syrup and said to try without, and I did, was not necessary! The pecans were the best part though!

I love pecan waffles. My mom made them all the time when I was a kid.

Yeah, AL is my hero too. One of my favorites, and there are many, was when he was sitting next to Peg at a Polk High football game. It was the last play and they needed a TD. Al looked up and said "God, I haven't asked for much" then he looked over at Peg, then back up and said "and you haven't given me much".

Doh, I just now saw the picture of you and your moms dinner, I wasn't talking about that being disgusting, I meant the chocolate covered biscuits.

I don't care for pancakes but those do look good. I would definitely want to taste them. Just couldn't make a meal of them.
