and try Stripsteak, here's today's recap. 1. After giving it some thought, Tennessee should be a 5 seed. There aren't 20 teams with better resumes. 2. Georgetown is ready for battle. They are dismantling people. 3. UNLV-BYU was as good as expected. Great game, rabid atmosphere. 4. NC State is on the verge of a Hoosiers quality story. If they win, it will be one of the biggest upsets in tournament history. 5. Illinois has reason to worry. That's not the kind of game you want to give the committee as your last effort. 6. Kansas-Texas will be a good one tomorrow. That one will have a ripple effect throughout the bracket. 7. New Mexico State is a really good story. Reggie Theus has given a bunch of transfers second chances and has been rewarded handsomely. 8. The end of the Miami-Akron game was insane. I can't imagine how crushed the Zips are right now. 9. The Rasputin act is done for OK State. There is no rational way they are in the field. 10. People who wonder why the guys who play for Bob Huggins are so fiercely to him, take today as Exhibit 1. His blast at those who doubt K-State's tournament worthiness was classic Huggs.

That was a pretty humorous interview.

Coach, why do you think KState should be in the tournament? "Well, Digger is the only person on your network that has it figured out. That's why we should be in."

Quick notes:

1.) Make sure you try all three types of french fries they bring to your table. The truffle-infused were my favorite.
2.) See if they still have the bone-in filet mignon available as an option.
3.) Ask for a bag of their homemade dark-chocolate coated popcorn/fiddle-faddle type stuff.

I'll be so glad tomorrow when all the RPIophiles are shrieking at the injustice of a bunch of their sacred top 40 being excluded from the field.

1. All three types of the duck fat fries were excellent. I especially enjoyed the ones with chipotle sauce. 2. Had the bone in filet. One of the five best steaks I've ever had. 3. Got a bag of the chocolate fiddle faddle. It will serve as the breakfast of champions tomorrow. However, Hv, you didn't warn me about the hostesses. That is exactly the kind of staff that gets me in a whole lot of trouble.

Don't forget to go see the light show(off Freemont), especially if your in the area (although I am sure you've seen it).

hate while you are there I recomend ENVY steak house. It is my new favorite place to eat in Vegas. Very good.

Yeah, the hostesses are hotter than the fries, for sure. However, I'm a married man, so I didn't want to gawk all over them with my wife standing there. :)

Glad to know you had a great time. And the fiddle-faddle stuff DOES make a good breakfast.
