some thoughts: 1. CUSA is bad. However, it does produce two matchups a year between former National Coaches of the Year. 2. I can't wait to get some Neely's chicken nachos. 3. Having these doubleheaders is a stroke of genius by the Memphis teams. It helps attendance and brings folks downtown all day. 4. A great under the radar matchup this weekend. Oregon at Washington State. If you like watching contrasting styles go at it, this is the game for you. 5. If Arizona is able to beat North Carolina this weekend, that will end any debate as to which conference is the best.

And if AZ gets drilled?
Still depends on the rest of the Pac-10 schedule. However a big win over UNC plus a huge Pac-10 run could even garner a 1-seed. Probably an easy 2.

Yo hat, have fun at the Griz' game. Blazers are a fun squad to watch... Although they will be playing a tight schedule here. Enjoy.

I love when I am routed through Cincinnati. Nothing like a couple of cheese coneys from Gold Star to get the metabolism going. The only problem is, Nancy Zimpher is on the cover of this month's issue of Cincinnati Magazine. I almost regurgitated at the sight of that shrew.

Some things in Cincy are great... Some others... Not so much.

The Griz might be tired after playing the Spurs tonight in San Antonio. Couldn't watch the game 'cause FSN put the stinkin' Preds on instead. Booo

I agree all around. I hate when they put the Preds on over the Griz.

I am VERY interested to see what kind of response Pau gets tomorrow night. or :censored:

Eustachy has Southern Miss on the right track. However, I will be stunned if they keep the game close.

it is almost always close with Southern Miss and Memphis. The Tigers eeked out a win in Hattiesburg earlier this month.

UNC is going to real tough come March. They've got great backcourt and frontcourt play.

USM is up by 4 over Memphis. 7 minutes left and Dozier just fouled out for Memphis.

Memphis up now.

Some BIG 3's late in the game and some stellar defense won that one for Memphis.

Jeremy Wise was USM's Chris Lofton, he was hitting everything today. I think he finished in the upper 20's.
