I didn't read all of it, but it sounds like a call for us to blow them out, once they quit during the 1st half.

We can play with any team in the country. I like the Vols 34-26, and it's not an "upset".

I think we can win this game and yes it would be a HUGE upset if we beat Bama. I love the Vols but no we cannot play with any team in the country. Teams like Baylor and Utah would beat us badly right now. At this point those teams are just better.

But I do like the score predicion.

If UT somehow jumps to an early 2 TD lead, and then Ala comes back and wins the game, will VN have a complete meltdown over the terrible coaching (note: Ala 14.5 - 15.5 pt favorite)

If the coaching is as terrible as it was against FL, OK and AR, then I don't see why not.

If we kick a field goal on 4th and goal from the Bammer 2 foot line, I'm turning the game off.

LOL @ Utah. You're acting like they're a power. FYI they are 3 point underdogs against a 3-3 USC. ESPN's FPI gives USC a 70% chance of winning.

I'll take this team over Utah anyday.

Thats your opinion and Vegas lines mean absolutely nothing. Utah is a power, what more do you need to see from them? Do you honestly think we would blow Oregon out at home? Do we have the horses to beat Michigan and Arizona State? I dont think we do. I personally think Utah is just a much better team than we are right now.

ESPN is on crack also. UTAH will beat USC easily

No they wouldn't. Baylor would score on us, but we would score on them. We have waaay more talent than Utah, but they have a excellent coach. We could beat either one. USC will not get blown out by Utah.

Our offense would boat race Utah. They are the Mississippi State of last year. It's about to all come crashing down for them.

Some of you guys way overestimate competition from west of the Mississippi. Utah would not be undefeated with our schedule. I would put our talent up against those guys if our coaches don't get scared.

Vegas line do mean something. I doubt Vegas is just putting a # out there. Vegas does research so they don't lose a ton of money.

Actually Vegas lines mean nothing in terms of score prediction and how they think the game will turn out. They set the lines where they feel they will make the most money. Favoring USC over Utah will bring in a crap ton more money for them than the other way around. That is why lines move. If the betting does not go the way they initially thought, they make adjustments based off the bettors.

Baylor would beat us about 45-28. Utah would be a bit closer, about 31-24. IMO at least. We're good enough to compete with most teams, but probably not most of the top 10.

I can't believe some of the stuff in this thread.

Team 119 SHOULD be undefeated right now and heading to Tuscaloosa. We SHOULD be able to compete with everyone in the country. We SHOULD be a Top Ten team right now.

Why is that so hard to believe?

Because our coaching staff has cost us three games in horror show like fashion. The BSiA has never coached a Top Ten team and didn't know what to do with it when they had it early this year.

Let's hope they've learned some big lessons from their colossal F'UPs early in the season and we get a huge win today and close the season uber strong.

And then let's hope they realize they have a Playoff Contender in 2016 right from the start.
