Is Arnett ahead of Dallas now? Once Arnett started getting some catches, I didn't see Dallas the rest of the game iit seems

Yes. UT will need both.

But FTR, Arnett only ran underneath patterns. Not all that difficult to look good doing that as opposed to deep middle where the headhunters are.

A catch is a catch for those that only look at stats. All the recievers are going to have to quit listening for foot steps. If I were Dooley I would line up Maggitt and Johnson and make the wide outs run slants into them all day long until they got their focus on the ball and nothing else.

Is Milton really that terrible that he can't beat out Rogers on the outside? I agree that Arnett should take over the slot.

Bench little Zach and go find the old Poole. I liked him better when he had the chip on his shoulder because Bryce Brown was getting more playing time.

They've got a couple of weeks. But it's sort of that same kind of Darwanism that Dooley talked about with the fullbacks. And I'm sayin' some of the youngsters need to grow up. Need changes to make the running game work.

Little Zach's not going to catch anything over the middle if there are opposing players within 10 yards of him. He plays scared.

i hope milton has a problem with learning the playbook or something, because if not, there is not justification on him to being more involved in the offense. milton was an elite talent coming out of hs. he missed most of his sr year due to injury and was still ranked around the to 20 receivers in the country. he is like 6'6 and still runs in around the 4.5's. z rogers is not that great of an athelete. also agree arnette looked great today.

I thought Aaron Rogers sucked ass and even though zack is better hes not nearly good enough to play on SEC DBs

All I saw of Arnett was a few easy short routes for minimal yardage. I did take the dog out to piss a couple times. Did I miss something?

His athletic ability is not in question, his is a very good athlete. But he, along with Rivera and Rogers dropped balls in traffic that seemed as if they were preparing to get hit instead of focusing on the catch.

He lead the team with catches tonight, but yes, they were all under routes. I will say that his route running is getting better.

I bet Arnett doesn't know the play book as well as Z. Rogers. Most freshmen don't know it as well as the upper classmen do.
If it is a simply play then Arnett will play but he won't play a great deal because he probably doesn't know the play book enough to be on the field every play.

You sound a little like Coach Fulmer. He should know the playbook by now. If not he shouldn't see the field at all.
