I never talked about their schedule. But I've watched over a dozen Seniors to be come through our Battalion the past two years and all of them were pure kids still very wet behind the ears.

I always had the most trouble with USMA 2LTs, but by the time they made Captain, most were pretty solid officers. They all seem to need a couple of years of socialization before true maturity kicks in.

They were signal officer wannabes. I suspect they cut a different look than the combat arms types.
