per another board:

Apparently the rehab is supposed to take longer than expected. That is if he wants it to fully heal. There is rumors that if he has to sit out for the majority of the year he would take a medical redshirt next year.

Monk may actually have to sit out the whole year. I understand that McFadden is the key cog in that offense and Jones is the 2nd most. But other than these 2 and Cleveland, they will have no offense. Monk bailed them out at times last year so they better hope he isn't out all year.

losing Williams to USC is now a much bigger deal

word out here is they are pretty worried about him. They expect him to be ready by their 3rd game, which is actually the 4th week of the season. That'll put him missing the Troy and Alabama games. Without him, they are in big trouble. They have a very minimal passing offense with him, without him it is almost non-existant.

Bigger question is how Arkansas is going to be able to rehab their football program. I just can't see a team that dysfunctional succeeding.

They also have Hillis, who's a threat catching the ball out of the backfield, but he's also been nursing a sore hamstring, and missed a few practices.

I'm going over tonight to watch their scrimmage.

See if it's true their starting QB, Casey can't throw it over 50yards.

if he can hit what he's aiming at, what q.b. needs to throw it over 50 yards?

With a last name like Arky's QB has, they should find no problem giving him great nicknames this season when they go 7-5 with the top Heisman candidate on their team.

Casey Dick's younger brother is a freshman QB on the team and he's much better than Casey. Right now, their backup is a walk-on and then it's the younger Dick so, an injury to Casey and they are in trouble.
