Without question, the most out of whack football line I've seen in five years.

Homefield alone gives you 3 pts right? I dont pay attention to the line anyway, not a gambler...

I would think that Arkansas would have a difficult time stopping the Vols, based on the score of the SC-Ark game. I also think it would be difficult for Arkansas to have back-to-back 500-yard rushing games. I'd say Tennessee by 4, but Tennessee often sucks at tackling in a major way.

As far as motivation goes, I hope lots of gamblers take Arkansas at -1.5. If the line moves, Tennessee might just get riled up enough to have one of those surprisingly great games. Or they might regardless. Who knows?

I'll stand by my Arky by 4 line; I fear they will duplicate their efforts against SC on us.

They are basing that on the fact arkansas is playing better right now than they have all year. Also the fact we suck at run defense. I hate to say it but the matchups don't favor us in this game. Arkansas as a favorite is kinda puzzling though should be tennessee by three or four.

We can't, we can only hope to outscore them and keep them off the field. Its our only hope for this one.

Remember what happened the year after we got blown out by Georgia at home in 03'? True frosh Ainge led the Vols to a 19-14 win at Sanford Stadium. Remember in 02' when Miami blew us out at home? We went down to their stadium the following year and beat them 10-6. Remember in 05' when UGA beat us at home 27-14? We went down there the next year and creamed them 51-33. Arky beat us by 17 last year w/o our starting QB(wouldn't really have mattered anyways). We should have had this game circled since last November and we should win this one by atleast 7.

This line actually first came out at Tn 1.5 fav, then changed to Ark 1.5, 3 point swing in that short of time is amazing. Shows what the betters think of this game

We always seem to play better as the underdog, and were at home

I hope we can win this one.. Fulmer cant afford to lose a home game if he wants to keep his job next season. right now after the embarrasing road losses the home games are all he has.

Well every time I feel good about a game we lose bad. And I honestly dont feel good about this one.
