Most OU fans I've encountered are pretty tight lipped about the win in Knoxville. They know that game could easily have slipped away and have remarked our program was far better than they anticipated.

Having said that, almost each and every one of them that knew anything about football says the same thing: "vanilla play calling."

The few Arky fans out here are still running their mouth though.

Same here! The rest of the football guys in the Horn section in my college band are huge arkansas fans. They keep on trashing UT like we're paper. I'm keeping my mouth shut so I can slam their undeserving faces in the dirt when we win...

I mean uh so I can be nice and crap.

Hey guys,
I signed up to ask some questions in preparation for my first trip to Neyland next week, but had to get in on this thread. I've been sweating this out big time since we went into the tank. Taking my brother-in-law to his first SEC game and the last thing I want is a Noon game - anything but that would be fine.

I would think with a full ACC and Big 10 slate that there will probably only be two Noon games - UK-EKU and either Auburn-SJSU or LSU-EMU. I'm hoping the one of those three that isnt at Noon is the SECN afternoon game, Bama-UGA or Miss-UF is the CBS game (not sure if CBS will take the one week option between those two), leaving one of those plus our game, aTm-MSU and Mizzou-USC as night games.

As an aside, I know you guys are hurting over losing to OU, but trust me it could be worse - you could be us. You guys are making strides in recruiting and should've beaten OU. We're still bottom feeders in recruiting and only TALKING about the other strides we're making.

Thanks for having me - looking forward to my first game in Knoxville!

Ha! Same boat here! The meltdown amongst the Hog fans here has been pretty darn hilarious. My husband (Hog fan) and I were going to this game, but he refuses to go now. He knows the piggies are going to get BBQ'd. I saw where we have like an 80% chance to win this game per ESPN I think?

No to noon. If we lose, the rest of the day is ruined vs. just sleeping it off. Also, the tailgating isn't as fun.

I lived pretty close to them when I lived in Fayetteville and it's funny
His house is one of the smaller ones in there
Mike Anderson built a big house about 2 doors down from his, and the other end of his street has the home Petrino lived in when he was in Fayetteville
