I'm not sure how the rights of citizens are being compromised? Are they really, or is that just the left's argument for opposing the audit? Do we not also have a Constitutional duty to safeguard our elections? Truthfully, the whole system has gone to pot, and partisan politics has left those in the middle confused as to who is being truthful because both sides have continuously lied to us. We've seen our government weaponized to fight political battles, with no consequence. And honestly, the most glaring examples have come from the left. Remember filegate from the Clintons or the IRS audits? I'm sure Republicans have done it too, but apparently hide it a little better. I don't trust either side, and think both capable of doing anything in the name of control and power.

But end of the day, this audit is pointless. The results can't be trusted, and nothing will result from it anyway.


It's incredibly sad that we can't trust the legitimacy of our own government.

I'm not claiming anything other than events actually have to actually happen before one can reasonably balk, feign outrage and claim someone is being hypocritical. Otherwise, the outrage is manufactured and would undermine and dilute claims of actual hypocrisy. This is the crux of my initial point, you and others love to play to be a victim - when actual circumstances don't hold water, circumstances are manufactured to maintain the illusion of being oppressed. This is just a light version of the "deep state" conspiracy.

Good Lord, if you can't see a difference between the way "mainstream" media and platforms treat the views and rhetoric from both sides differently then there really is no point in having this discussion. There is a bias and differential treatment.

This has nothing to do with "deep state" conspiracies.

I understand why civil conversation is important but it also requires intellectual honesty. This is something some are just unable to do. If I have been intellectually honest, then please call me out.

It is no secret I despise the democratic party, but it's because I used to be a democrat but they are using the same tactics that kept me on the liberal plantation. How they are able to re-use the same rhetoric for decades is purplexing to me.

And if we are being honest, with all we know about biden it is unlikely the reason he had to run was because he was missing a meeting that couldn't wait. He is the POTUS, answer questions for the American people. He has had minimal availability since he's been in office. We are using common sense on this one that he is having his strings pulled.

I made a statement that IF democrats had accomplished this they would consider it a keystone or signature accomplishment. Do you not believe that to be true?

The rest is just you being your abrasive persona you assume in this forum. Get over yourself.
