we're in a keeper league (3rd year); first year I had it set up so that he (w/ his 1st overall pick) wouldn't make a stupid pick on manning and in return I'd pick him up with my 2nd round pick and make a trade

....I was originally shooting for some sort of deal swapping Manning and Peterson, but the league owner vetoed it and I had to settle for giving Manning and getting Andre Johnson in return; still a pretty good deal though
