Dolphins RB Arian Foster just told me he plans to take a knee and raise his fist during the national anthem today in Seattle. He said some of his teammates will join him. Foster said Dolphins players met on Friday and agreed to make their own decision on how to handle today's anthem.

It doesn't take COURAGE to kneel in PROTEST but, it does take COURAGE to stand for what is right. We don't honor the flag because America is perfect, but, because we had many who served and died so that we might have FREEDOM in this country. The flag does not represent the corrupt, greedy politicians who are destroying our nation, but, the good in America. They have the RIGHT to protest, but, thank God, many thought America was worth fighting for and they gave them that RIGHT! If kneeling makes them feel honorable, that's a matter of opinion. I would ask them: WHAT are you doing to make America better?

If they want to change things, they need to partake in activities within their own communities to bring about change - and drive that change from inside the communities outward.
