I just don't see how it's possible. What did Arian Foster do to someone to have this kind of luck?

These announcers are blind.
Foster's right forearm brushed the top of the ball knocking it loose, then failed to secure it . This one is on Foster.

DH screamed an obscentity from the top floor and stormed down here,,, if they continue playing like this, we won't watch them, like walking out of Neyland last Sat... Crompton has got to go !!!!!!!!

GO VOLS.....
GO BIG ORANGE ....

They are both to blame. Foster didn't look the ball in because he was looking up field and Crompton let go of it too soon. It's simple really. They are both terrible.

Look at it again Pig, not on Foster. The sad thing is Crapton0being the best qb we have.

Foster seems to be looking ahead instead of concentrating on the hand-off.

Just when the defense was playing with some emotion...

I'd be pretty surprised if Foster isn't coached to look upfield.

The dynamic duo of retardness. Before the season is through they will have enough material for their own blooper video. I don't know why the rest of the team even tries when they know Crompton or Foster will make sure to kill any momentum and cost us the game no matter how everyone else plays.

Crompton better be glad he's playing at Auburn. He would be booed off the field in Knoxville.

See the other thread. A RB is NEVER supposed to watch the ball into the pocket (except on a pitch). He just needs to create a big enough pocket. This one is all on JC -- it's entirely his job to place it tight in AF's pocket.

AF is supposed to look upfield always -- that's basic football.

:lolabove: Best post yet.

Any Tennessee QB + Arian Foster near any endzone will reult in a fumble recovery or TD for the other team !

I'm not defending Crompton. Crompton looks like he doesn't know whether to scratch his head or crap his pants.

However, I watched the replay in slowmotion with my 20/15 vision, and Foster definitely dinged the top of the ball with his right forearm because he was not watching the ball in. Crompton softened his grip as he is supposed to during the transfer making it come loose easy, but it was in his hand up until the ball contacted the bottom of Foster's right forearm.

It was a bad exchange, but Foster is supposed to look the ball in, trap the ball and secure it. He was looking upfield.
Perhaps Crompton should have had a little firmer handle on the ball as well.
