I'm tired of a lot of things about the media, but in this case...

We talked the talk -- now it's time to try and walk it.. Nothing wrong with a little hype for a game that otherwise would be a snoozefest..

I think CLK won't regret saying it, even when we lose 56-13 -- but it is what it is..

He shouldn't regret saying it, all he was doing was bringing some life to a program that had none for the past few years

I will say I wonder why no one has posted the article where Urbie said "If we get a big lead we won't let up"...I can't find it or I would have posted it, I heard it on the radio today but I don't know if there was any credibility to it or not? Maybe one of our Gator posters can shed some light on the situation

you think were tired could you imagine living in gainesville ... i been listening to there sportstalk this week and they have blown this game out to be the super bowl ....

they actually did today on the Knoxville news station.

I would say after this weekend that they will finally stop showing it and move on to something else.

Will the USC little Tennessee game be this way cause Spurrier accused CLK of cheating so are we gonna teach them a lesson like the big bad Gators?

I'm pretty tired of hearing it, too, especially since it was pulled horribly out of context.

BUT, the beautiful thing is that IF, by some God-ordained miracle, we beat the Gators in the Swamp, Kiffin looks like an utter genius and all this coverage propels him and our team into superstardom this season. The Gators would probably implode and their season would be lost for good.

I like it cause I'm sick of the smirking gator fans, players and coaches. However, I will actually be glad when this super hyped game is over so we can all get back to the regularly scheduled football season.

There just getting an early jump on rubbing our own faces in with the comments. You think your tired of the clip now, just wait til they beat is. It will be worse next week.

Let em show it. Lane came in very confident because he knows about our traditions and that we have the ability to beat this team. The best thing that could happen is if our players watch this over and over and feed off of Lane saying this. Lane refuses to lay down and really believes that this team can beat the Gators. The players will see Lane believes in them and maybe it will turn out the way Vols fans want it too, with a win. The key to a win is Crompton, maybe he can somehow turn things around and get this win that we need. Jonathan, if your reading this, please man, PLEASE, manage this game well and lead us to a victory. I believe in you and i believe you can prove everyone wrong. Forget about everything else that has happened before and concentrate on this game. This is probably your last chance to show EVERYONE that you can win a big game at UT and shock the world. Please make a statement and lead us to victory. Lead the UT band just like Clausen did when we beat the Gators in the swamp in '01.
