Are you now a Bronco fan?

You are right, this is bandwagon behavior. I hope Simms develops in NY so you children have somebody to cheer for when Peyton's done... Or is he not good enough to bandwagon with? Way to go Peyton for finally making a Gator sad (Tebow).

Broncos are idiots. Love Manning. Stupid move for Broncos. And for Manning. Gonna get hurt again. It will be career ending and more serious. They will be lucky to get two years out of him. Should have invested more into Tebo or some other young promising QB.

I lived in Indianapolis the past 6 years (and had lived there before for longer) so was THRILLED to have Peyton there with the Colts. I loved telling the local fans that I had been a Peyton fan longer than they had. I haven't lived in Knoxville or TN since 1979, so never felt a tie with the Titans. Also, while I have been a Colts fan since Peyton has been there, I'm not nearly as obsessed with the NFL as I am with NCAA/VOL football/sports. I have now moved out of Indiana again, and with Peyton gone, I'll only loosely follow what's happening with the Colts...but will much more closely follow and pull for him and the Broncos. Bronco fan? Not ready to say that yet...seems weird. But I will always pull for Peyton wherever he is. I don't really care for another NFL team.

That about sums it up for me. I think you can root for the success of an individual without being a "fan" of their team.

Uncalled for IMO. Could have said no.

Did the people up there become UT followers? I've always wondered, as I've seen UT orange many times during games. Were they only PM fans?

Do you think at years end that you will feel the same? What if they win the SB? Just curious.

If that happens, it will add to Peyton's resume for the GOAT. Which, as a Vol fan, I really like the idea that the greatest was groomed here. My first trip to Neyland just so happened to be Peyton's first start (Washington State). I will always be a fan of PM.

Believe it or not, but I was actually a Colts fan as a kid when Harbaugh was there. Despite their level of suck, just like the Bulls post MJ (and right now, actually), I will stick with them.

Changing NFL teams because of a single player resembles stalking. It is also ridiculous to idolize a player that has a losing record in the playoffs, whipped up a division that has been garbage for the last decade, and never beat Florida while at Tennessee. The AFC South consists of the Colts, Jaguars, Texans, and Titans. Lets be real here, none of those teams have been any good for a long time.

Can't argue with that. I've been a Braves fan pre-Smolts,Glavin, and Avery. The Murphey, Horner, and Hubbard days. I'm not one to jump on a "winning" teams wagon. IMO great post.

Absolutely not! Hated the Broncos since Tebow played for them and a terrible team was given coverage on ESPN every 5mins because of him. Also, Im a 49ers fan and was a little bitter he didn't choose them because he woulda won SEVERAL rings with SF. Granted, that bitterness lasted a few mins because you can't hate Peyton but I still wont be rooting for DEN like I rooted for IND.

I'm a True blue Titans fan just as I'm a die hard Vols fan.

I want all our Vols to do well in the NFL just because they bled Orange while here and I hope it will help CDD with recruiting.

Whenever Denver plays my Titans I'll be rooting for my Titans to stomp their butts but I'll also always respect and admire Peyton for so many reasons.

GO TITANS!!!

VFL...GBO!!!

I am rooting for Peyton, hope he wins another Super Bowl. I am on the wait and see, before I jump on the Broncos bandwagon.

I also like to keep up with the NFl teams that our Vols go to. To see how they are doing.

some people are like go Peyton uh no go titans uh no peyton, titans.i'm so confused????

My NFL support is simple. I pull for my hometown team and any team that Peyton is the QB.
