Are we getting a transfer from OSU--Se'Von Pittman

"He very much remains a possibility. I don't think he would be here till August if he were to come in. We are trying to get an update from him."

Gah, Brent needs to stop being such a lazy slob and do his job. We need info on this kid!

Visited Akron, UK, and Tennessee. With Jim Tressel at Akron I guess we can give him credit. He also lives very close to campus

Tressell didnt play a part in Pittman going to Akron, Pittman had alot of troubles off the field in HS as well in his short time at Ohio State, he just choose to stay basically at home for the rest of his time in college and may not even play football. nothing more nothing less at this point in time.

We are pretty deep and talented at DE this season, but he can certainly make an impact next year, after J. Smith, and Corey Miller are gone. Where we REALLY need help is DT.

Talented is a big statement.. Average is more like it... None are considered a feared pass rusher...

Big time strong side DE. We got the weak side covered with Joe Henderson. Also will have Jordan, Vereen, and Lewis. We need to get this kid if it can work out.

Carr might have something to say about that. Then again, coaches may consider adding some weight to Carr and moving him inside. I think he's already at around 280 lbs.

Lol at Jacques Smith and Corey Miller making us deep and talented at the DE position.

Still doesn't help his argument. Of that group jacques smith leads the way with 5 sacks in 3 years, Corey Miller has 3 in 3 years, and Jordan Williams has 3 in 2 years.

3 years under Dooley made everyone on Defense look bad!
:peace2:
