How do we go from Cam Sutton and Alvin Kamara foregoing the NFL draft to this dumpster fire? All of this stuff is really unbelievable. How in the world has it come to this? Or are we blowing things way out of proportion?

“Things are never as good as you think they are or ever as bad as you think they are.”

― Troy Aikman

“You're never as good as everyone tells you when you win, and you're never as bad as they say when you lose.”

That might be the only thing Lou Holtz has ever said that I 1) could understand, and 2) agree with the translation of.

It's not as bad, but perception is the rule these days. We could just as easily be 7-1 or 2-6 right now. This has been the nuttiest season I've ever seen. Avalanches don't take much to get started, but once they do, it is impossible to stop. All the injuries early just kicked that snowball down the hill, and it has led us to today.

I have meeting every Monday. Every Monday I dread going partly because it's just the same stuff every week. I'm actually excited for it cause this crap is depressing

If Butch is the guy, he's taking care of business. The only thing having a break down at this point is volnation. Sorry you feel like you have to know everything that is happening. I think if things had degraded as far as volnation is reporting there would be some kind of announcement being made today. I'm beginning to believe Butch has got this. Just ...as usual... a handful of loudmouth dog kickers trying to kill the program on the internet again.

This is beyond a dumpster fire... it's a flaming landfill.

Yes. I have heard that even Smokey is leaving. He doesn't like his current role as a "Coon Dog" Mascot and will be going somewhere else to try to possibly be a Tiger or maybe Beaver.

I really liked Ol Smokey. Thank you for all you've done and I wish you the best.

Things are bad but IMO not as bad as we think. Or perhaps things might be able to change this season for the good better than we think.

Look, Hurd was not doing well. I dont think he is an NFL caliber running back and he certainly does not fit this system. Does Kelly? He does and this gets him more time.

Is Kongbo a bust? I dont know but he has not lived up to expectations that were likely to high.

Williams? Guy was not tough and a crybaby.

My point: what are we really losing here?

And I will say this till I am blue in the face: my gut says the Gators lay an egg at Arky. If they do - the season IS NOT OVER.
