Are these good seats?

I may stick to the XX if you have to. The sun may still beat down on you but in late afternoon you should have some shade on that side of the field.

It would be a good seat. Actually would go a little higher in XX if possible. Not sure what row the chairbacks start though. That might be a chairback but I don't think so.

XX1 is on the goaline/endzone, as you move from there towards XX5 you are getting more towards looking the length of the field. Which is not as good a seat. If you get high enough in the section you get chairbacks. I prefer sitting lower for a better view. Low seats in the right section in the upper deck are better that a lower.

It's XX1. Sorry about not mentioning that. I honestly don't care about the seatbacks though. Every time I've had them I took the back off. It just preserves your room, which is alright, but its not that big of a deal.

dang... my favorite seats were upper deck endzone seats. You can really watch the plays develop, and the kicking game from up there.

Didn't really care for seats in the middle.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. The couple times I"ve sat in the endzone I haven't really liked it. Then again, that was several years ago. I've been a vendor the past 4+ years, so I've never really got to sit anywhere and watch the game, or been in the upperdecks.

One problem with endzone seats is you cant tell the difference between a 3 yard run, and a 6 yard run.

You will like XX1, row 3 is a good seat. I have sit in that section before.

Ive had season tickets in section Y10 row 45 seats 30-27, which are the first 4 seats on the end, for over 20 years. its the first row under the overhang and you still have a full view of the jumbotron and the fireworks.. so in my opinion i like section Y. Row 50 wouldnt be to awfully bad but if you go any higher than that your probably better off going XX due to limited view..

I like seats in Y. I played OL so i like to see the plays break open and see the holes. It is hard to tell the yardage in short yard runs

i would go with YY8 if im not mistaken you have a wall behind you so its kinda like having seat backs. and like i mentioned its a cool perspective you can really see the plays open up. + you will be looking directly into the new jumbotron.

I've got tickets to the UCLA game and my seats are Section N Row 49. i looked at the image thing on utsports.com...i just wanted to know your opinion on them...It'll be my first game at neyland...

luckily i save all my ticket stubs, those were from YY8 seat 9-10

i was wrong though, YY9 is the row with the wall for backing. I got those tickets for cheap and honestly enjoyed them as much as some of the supposed "better" seats ive had.

Any seats in Neyland are good, JMO....I've sat in a couple different sections and never had a bad seat...My personal favorite was the side with the jumbotron on it about 3/4s of the way up the lower deck...You could see everything
