Earl Boykins is still in the NBA. I'm sure there are plenty of others PGs in the 5'9" to 5'11" range.

Mike Conley, Aaron Brooks, Jameer Nelson and TJ Ford are stretches to be considered 6 feet.

There are a LOT more than that. Those are just the people that are so short that they can't even be stretched to 6' on the official roster.
