I haven't seen a post by anyone who is, do they exist?

Or are they just a myth?

Please, if any of you are out there, speak up

Out of sympathy for the 3 Vandy fans in the world, I heard the 5 Ga St fans were keeping a low profile to not out do them. TIFWIW, IMO, JMO, GBO

I'm thinkin mostly just family/friends of players and maybe a few students/alumni. I mean isn't this like the 4th year they've even had a program?

I visited a few websites relevant to the Panthers last week. I stumbled on one that did have fan postings. Very few fans posting. The general tone was one of resignation, a mention about games eons now past, and some comments about how bad they'd lose and whether they'd be able to score at all. Yes, I think one about just coming to enjoy the game day experience. No despair that I could see, just all very matter-of-fact. Just like talking about what dish to bring to a potluck. If recall right I saw about 11 posts, that's all.

I enjoyed the fact that there were no obnoxious posts by arrogant Vols fans. Hope it stays that way.

There are some. I found them on twitter. They were talking about how dreadful RockyTop is and how they hope to only hear it three or four times during the game. Also, the ones I saw are in Knoxville and are attending the game Saturday. Smh.

I've got a degree from there yet can't muster the ability to care. You have to understand the nature of the school. It's got a great business school and is located in the heart of downtown. 90% of the students are commuters and sports just aren't that big for most.

Of course they have fans. Most all of them have families watching them. You need to give them the respect that they deserve. It's not dam fair to their players. Its not dam fair to our players. It's just not dam fair. Ok. Im done. I respect what you do.

I'm pretty sure the amount of money they are getting paid to come to knoxville to get the **** kicked out of them kinda makes it a fair deal for them. They will more than likely make more money from this game than they will make from the rest of their season.

My son goes to GSU aka The Fighting Accountants. He grew up with orange around the house, so he is pulling for Vols too

It's hard to be a rabid fan of a team that didn't exist three years ago and which you know is going to suck. I know several people who went to school there; all of them are rooting for the football team to succeed, at least in theory, but none of them put any energy at all into it yet.

I'm rooting for them to build an interesting program. A Sun Belt school in Atlanta ought to be poised for eventual success. There are a ton of players in Atlanta who aren't quite good/qualified enough for Tech or UGA.

Had a great time when I went to their inaugural game at the Georgia Dome a couple of years ago. Beer at the stadium at a college game!

I'm guessing it was mostly friends/family but they did travel to watch even in their first year.

UT said they bought 2300 tkts!!
That seems like a lot for them...maybe some ATL area Vol fans bought them to get better seats!!
