As long they have the Saban they have every reason to be arrogant and probaly will easily out recruit Tennessee yearly that's fact.

You were talking to a co-worker who is a Bamer fan? Some of them actually work? Or, does he talk while you work? I wouldn't waste my breath and you shouldn't either. The truth is they pay some of the best prospects I wouldn't really call it recruiting. Our history record against them is about even. I would just about bet that he's not really a true Bamer fan, probably rides the waggon. Has he ever even been to a Bamer game or just watch it on TV and then come to work to and talk ****?

This is a genuine reason why I am thrilled we have a coach from the saban tree. I'm certain Dooley absorbed many things from saban and he has us on the proper path to dominance. Like him or not, saban is a great coach. Bama really hit it out the park with that hire.

Yeah, I knew when they hired Saban they had hit a homerun. I don't like him because he comes off as arrogant but he's a great coach. I'm sure the Bammers are still smarting from all the down years and coaches they went through before they hired Saban. If you remember, it was a revolving door for coaches for quite awhile. It's great to watch them go after each other though (Auburn vs Bama). I once worked in AL for a year & a half and about half of the employees were Bama fans and half Auburn fans; it was cool, they eat their own. Nothing like UT & Vandy.

Alabama doesn't get to count the win in '05, but Tennessee still has to count the loss.

Its funny. A few years ago they lived off their "tradition" and past success. Now that they're on top they scoff at a UT fan that says anything about a few years ago. Oh well. Satan wont be there forever and success in college football come s in cycles. Theirs will be over for a while and it'll head north. When dooleys recruits are seniors watch out bammers!

I live in Alabama. There are some Bammers that aren't completely insane, but OP's depiction of your standard Bammer is pretty accurate.

yea, but they own us right now and have the right to be arrogant...i recall we were just as arrogant 5 years ago. and honestly, they may have our number for another 3-5 years.
