WATE.com has updated updated their ongoing news feed stating that the "victims also said they feel the players should be allowed to continue playing for UT."

If they don't care, why should we...back to your everyday lives everyone!!

Well we as fans are hurt by all of this...I know I am, I was one of Nukeeses biggest fans when he signed with UT...I was so excited to see him in action as the season got closer...So yeah, This hurts and I am disapointed

My buddy thinks it went down like this.

Kids: "Hey Nuke, great game Saturday."
Nuke: "Gimme all your money."
Kids: "Don't have any dude, Go Vols!"

I can see it going down something like that. We're a crazy bunch of fans. Too bad they said they didn't know or recognize the players.

I also think it would have been funny if they had tried to jack coach O while he was making a late night red bull run

Yeah, Right. Coach O would have ripped his shirt off and strangled one of them with it as he chewed that pellet gun up like cotton candy.

perhaps, but it really started days ago on the vote about removing the "whhooo" from Rocky Top.

If they are such big fans and if they knew who these guys were then why did they call the cops?

Before it's over I'll bet they pull the race card.

Sounds to me like this was a really dumb, not very well thought out prank, not unlike pranks that often go on on college campuses. This one has turned real. Real BAd!

Maybe BIG JIM could convince the courts that each Pilot Station represents their own soverign nation. Only the Pilot's president and Rod Wilkes have the ability to hand out sanctions and punishment. Therefore, the KPD have no jurisdiction in the matter. End of discussion.

Seriously, I used to shoot at one of my roommates with one of those. Maybe they had a better one than I did, but the sucker didn't look real at all.
