This is some wimpy Air Force civilian-in-uniform sucking up to the Army's little brother, the Marine Corpse. And/or the Bulldawgs. Either way, it is disgusting.

Never apologize, never let up, no ragrets!

Go Vols!
I'll tell you what's disgusting. Your grammar and spelling is disgusting. I am not the Grammar Nazi. However, your post is so childish, I couldn't ignore it.

My father retired from the Corps after 22 years as a gunny. Guam, Okinawa, Korea.
He loved to shame the other armed forces, and always had a story to back up every insult or injustice suffered.

But face-to-face with another veteran, there was always nothing but solemn mutual respect with anyone who had served, whether in wartime or "peace" ...as some call it.

Yes sir! My first duty station was MBAFB .SC home of the A-10 Warthog! Camp Lejeune was close and all of these jarheads would graduate basic and then get liberty and come to the Grand Strand. One weekend I was at a club called Mothers Fletchers and there were lots of new Marines in there looking for action. One of them obviously figured out that I was Air Force and started ragging about how we were sissy’s and another word I won’t say here! I finally replied “dude if the Air Force has it so good and the marines so bad why in the hell did you join the marines instead of the Air Force”? Maybe you didn’t score high enough on your entrance exam? Don’t blame me for your stupidity! Lol well he capitulated and agreed and bought me a beer!

We weren’t too terribly far from one another then. I was in the French Creek barracks at Lejeune in the early 2000s. Jacksonville, NC is a weird town because it’s completely miserable and really fun all at the same time. Fond memories for sure. And some I don’t really remember well. 😇

Yeah, we rag each other constantly but let a non-veteran talk foul of the armed forces and see what happens. It’s a weird set of rules we’ve established for ourselves.

Easy bud. Just a little fun ribbing between veterans. You should see what we say to one another when not on a PG-13 message board. I’ve heard things that would make a sailor blush and a crab fisherman cry.

I am a Marine but I have respect for all branches of our great military. I have never been one to talk bad about another military branch and I'm not a big fan of people talking bad to me about my branch. I am a proud Marine but I am also a proud American and it takes us all working together.

Hello Vol fans I haven’t posted on here in years. , but recently with recent events that have occurred I felt the need to speak out! I like everyone else on here was extremely disappointed in the outcome of the Georgia game ! My lovely wife of 15 years is a Georgia Grad and a true Georgia Peach! But I have had to buy her dinner now for 9 years and I am about sick of eating crow every year! Now I will get to the reason why I felt the need to post? I recently saw a post by a Georgia fan Semperfidawg and he was completely positive and complementary in his comments! Unfortunately we had some on here attack him and act very rude ! I was born in Bristol Tenn in 1963 and was raised in middle Tennessee until I joined the USAF in 1983. I just retired from the Dept of Veterans Affairs in Atlanta after 40 years of federal service! During my time in and out of uniform I met and befriended many devil dogs (aka) marines and know full well what semper fi means! During the Gulf War my A-10 warthog saved many of a marines whom were under fire and l have the upmost respect for all you jar heads!! So as a self professed hillbilly who learned manners from my momma in East Tennessee I apologize for all of us that should know better than to act like that! It’s just a game people played by 18,19 year olds that make mistakes like we all did! God bless semper fideliis to you all!!

Brother I never had anything to do with claims and or administration issues! I’ve had to fight the V.A. Tooth and nail to get my disability! I have learned how to increase your chances of being approved for service connected disabilities by my own trial and error! I worked as a Biomedical Engineer working on everything from nurse call systems to EKG machines and any type of medical device you can name! I hate bureaucracy more than anyone! The Atlanta V.A. has too many Chiefs and not enough Indians and I say that as an official member of the Cherokee Nation!!
