It should be a new AP poll out now, with the teams not playing. It should be a playoff system system of the top 8 right now. Should we go 16 teams in the playoffs. You are playing less games this year. Let it happen.

Agree. This would be a good time to test a 8 or 16 team playoff to see how it works. Why not don't have anything to lose

No. If there were ever a chance to test it, it would be now. They still have time to change it, and not wait till the season starts. I believe in giving other teams a chance here this year. 16 teams, it would bring in money, and people would watch. It would be a lot of interest in the last 8 positions from 8-16 spots. Just think if your team is setting between 17-21, and is able to climb? Just think of the shot of teams from 21-25 that might step it up during the season, to try and get a couple of those lower spots?

Like the idea of expanded playoffs. We have 6 conferences playing. All 6 champs, plus 2 at-large.

I can go with that, but also let’s expand it to 16.

It would be good TV but I don’t think there’s a real need to expand the playoff. The best team in the country is going to be in the top 4

I like the idea of extended play offs hopefully to match the NFL however the chance of having bowl games and or play off games is slim to none. The virus would have to be either curable or a vaccine already being distributed before seasons end for them to talk about playoffs.

Another issue that will happen is the fact that the teams that chose to sit out will bitch about there being a playoff and them not having the chance to be in it even though they jumped the gun and said they wasn't gonna play. Mainly talking about Ohio State let's be honest no one from the PAC 12 gonna be in it nor is anyone else from the big 10

They are doing that already. This is all teams. Next week only teams playing. Does anyone ever research before posting?
