"Anywhere but Nashville", looks like the program has had its fill of the Music City Bowl officiating

Thought this was an interesting tidbit from 247.

Good for the administration if this is really what was said. Our last two losses there have been based suspicious officiating at best.

Yeah… it’s even worse now… coconut… when kept properly, grass is a far superior surface to anything else… there’s a reason Neyland was converted back to grass. All artificial and substitute surfaces are good for are increased injuries.

The turf is much better than the grass. The titans players love it. The reason the grass was bad is because grass doesn’t grow in Nashville in December.

Nothing beats well-maintained natural grass.

Before this year, that wasn't the case in Nashville...

The turf is much better than the grass. The titans players love it. The reason the grass was bad is because grass doesn’t grow in Nashville in December.

There was issues with the old surface in September and October.

If they can maintain grass in Green Bay, they can in Nashville...

Went to the Music City Bowl when we played Nebraska about 6 or 7 years ago. Good game (we won). Was at the very top of the stadium (last row) facing the Batman building, awesome sight. Was colder than a witch's ... foot with the wind blowing up there.

I dont see that happening this year. Mizzou would have to fall out of NY6. That may take OK State and Iowa winning their conference championship games...

Am I reading it right that the Citrus Bowl was in attendance at the Vandy game? Would be strange for them to still consider us after the Mizzou/UGA losses if so. They technically still could pick us - they're not required to pick the highest ranked SEC team available.

Am I reading it right that the Citrus Bowl was in attendance at the Vandy game? Would be strange for them to still consider us after the Mizzou/UGA losses if so. They technically still could pick us - they're not required to pick the highest ranked SEC team available.

If Ole Miss somehow sneaks into the NY6, I guess they could choose us over LSU if it comes out that Daniels won't play in the bowl...

But the Committee seems pretty content in not following its own criteria and keeping PSU over Ole Miss...
