Anyone tried out the new Tennessee Terrace?

I was there for a few games last year. It's super nice. The seats are roomy and plush and obviously, being so high up, the view is good.

But I felt very disconnected from the game and the atmosphere, which I didn't like.

i sat in the terrace section for the oregon game..super nice, really reminds you of how many great players have came through here...they have pics of peyton al wilson, aaron sears, al wilson..etc all over the walls..really great tribute to those guys, having your own individual seat isnt bad either but ill be back up in the nosebleeds next week :rock2:

That's the way they are making it sound, but it was definitely there last year. I'm wondering if they added or changed some things. I've still got my tickets and pictures, so I don't think I'm crazy. :p

I'll pull out my tickets. Maybe it was the West Club section I was in.

No, the Terrace seats were not installed until this season. Last year, what is now the Tennessee Terrace were regular bench seats.

The club level, which is a different section that is above the Tennessee Terrace, was completed before last season.

The terrace is very nice. I made it in there for the UT-Martin game. They have taken 4200 bench seats and transformed that into 1800 chairs. I sat looking straight at the north goal line and the view of the whole field was fantastic. There was plenty of leg room and built in cup holder in the seat in front of me.

Where the terrace takes it to another level is the enclosed area where there is twice the room and half the people. There was a multitude of food options and I was never more than 3 deep in a concession's line. There are plenty of tables and bars set up to eat and watch tv or look out the glass and watch the Vol Walk. Oh yeah, it does not hurt that it is enclosed and climate controlled. Also, I do not think I waited in line for the bathroom more than one minute.

They did a wonderful job and I would recommend it to anybody that has the money to spend.

I was there sat. for the game. And it is really nice. Don't have to wait for a thing. Was nice to go inside during the delay and catch some of the other games that were on. Unless I get some more free tickets that will be my 1 and only time in there though lol.

Exactly how much do they cost? Is it one of those things where you have to donate to the Tennessee fund to be able to buy the tickets?

Doesn't matter how much you make you can purchase them on ebay at a fair price. Just type in Tennessee terrace.
