Anyone think we can Beat Florida this year?

With Percy Harvin leaving and Tim Tebow and Brandon Spikes possibilities to leave, does anyone think we got a chance to beat them?

Depends on who really leaves, if Tebow and Stafford leave the East will be wide open. With that being said though, it looks like we might be playing some young people next year. I think we will look a lot better next year, but my guess is there will be a lot of mistakes if freshman are on the field.

We will stomp them in two years though!

They are playing for a MNC and UT was 5-7, I think it will be a long shot next year. Maybe the year after next.

Doubt next year but there is a chance...I hope Stafford and Tebow goes pro though as that will increase chances we beat bot:crossfingers:h

I think the years we have been beat by UF was not due to lack of talent, but lack of coaching ability. The talent has always been there, it was the game plan that usually was our downfall.

If Tebow wins another title, why would he come back? He's got the heisman, would have 2 national titles---what else is there?

The game wasn't really that far off this past year with the last coaching staff. I think with the miscues eliminated and the change in attitude we will have a good chance.

tebow will probably return. they will likely be preseason #1. they return their whole defense.

That is what I was thinking. I guess the only question that would be on the table is if he will play QB or not in the NFL?

if we could have actually scored against florida it would have been alot closer.

Wohaa guys , we have to have the Orange and White game first, then we should be able to gauge who we can hang for 3 quarters with!!

I say two years and we will be laying the smack down on them...Next year is too much to ask for with a new staff and recruits that aren't even theirs...The future is bright, Just grit your teeth and deal with one more year of adjusting.

Anything can happen....but I think next year may be premature. But never say never. Have to give Kiffin at least a year....recruiting and with his system. Then watch out SEC!

Not that I'll complain if Lane Kiffin is to Urban Meyer what Bruce Pearl is to Billy Donovan, at least in terms of head-to-head meetings...
