First off, shut up all you 360 players..lol...I finaly got some time to grab NCAA for the PS2 and it's actualy much better than the past few seasons. Until I get a 360 I was wondering if any here play PS2 online?

You can use almost any online game to make a network configuration. Go to the online section of the game and then look for a button that says, "Create A New Network Configuration". Click that and then follow the instructions on screen.

probably a stupid question but where do you find all the info they ask for when setting it up. (ip address, etc):dunno:

created the network configuration and the connection test was successful. however, when i tried to play some of the games i have have problems getting past dnas authentication. it always pops up with network connection error -612 or something. just so you know my situation, i connected an ethernet cable from my ps2 to my laptop which gets internet access from a wireless router. it sounds like a long shot but my ps2 is upstirs and my ordinary pc is downstairs so i wanted to use the laptop to make it more convenient. dunno if that kind of connection would cause a problem or not.

Not really sure when i played ps2 online i hardwired directly from the router to the ps2.

yeah. thats what i finally did although it was very inconvenient for me. it worked though. only problem is most of the servers for the games i want to play have been shut down because their not exactly the newest edition. (i.e. ncaa football '06):banghead2:

my sn is getyopopcornredD, anybody who wants to get beat ill be on there

assuming i fix my disconnection problem, i'll be more than happy to play you. mine is duck398686. what time are you usually on? and don't analyze my record too much. it's probably one of the worst online. but i haven't been able to finish a whole game due to this problem i have, and most of the time i'm ahead when i lose the connection.

I would be more than happy to brutally beat any of you on NCAA if I had online.:) Don't play enough to worry about getting it.

i'd like to get a ps2 tournament started, but i'm not sure we have enough last generation console players with this game to make it work.....
