Anyone know how many players are out with injuries? (2016 vs 2017)

On another note, was Barnett ever here and healthy for a spring? If i remember it correctly he enrolled before fall camp and was out the next 2, right? Could be why he always started out slow?

Now back to the subject at hand... sorry

I don't believe he ever went through a spring practice.

I do. I get that feeling even more this year than usual.

And it makes sense to do that as well.

On another note, Freak I offer my apologies for my posts in your thread about the new Vol shoes. I was defensive at the time but in retrospect I could have handled that differently. :hi:

An apology is completely unnecessary. I singled you out, so return fire was expected. We all are going to disagree from time to time. That's what makes the board go round.

I seen his name and that crossed my mind. I didnt think so.

So both scholly RB's have been injured during the spring at some point? Wasnt CFA an ankle also? Must be letn Bain show the RB's figure 4's and ankle locks.

We're really hurting at running back depth. I hope Ty Chandler comes in ready to play.

Can you note which are out as a result of procedures before spring practice and which were results of spring practice? Seems like it would be good to know if our conditioning is allegedly any better

There were eight listed as out heading into spring practice: Abernathy, Gaulden, Phillips, Tuttle, Smith, Vickers, Brandon Johnson and Kendrick.

Aren't a lot of the most serious injuries carried over from last season, many of which required surgery? Don't know the seriousness of Kongbo's ailment.

John Kelly's injury isn't serious. Keeping him non-contact is precautionary.

Quite a few in the two-deep have lingering injuries or are post-operative. They have been limited to drills and won't participate much, if at all. The coaches are keeping a tight lid on injuries. No more green jerseys to alert the media and fans which players are injured this spring.

Should of banned him.

Jk, glad you're not a sourpuss.

Hopefully most of these guys are either precautionary or lingering injuries timed to be up to speed by summer cond and fall camp.

Not sure how many have been seriously injured during spring practice?

I do know if Ty Chandler comes in on the same level as the avg frosh the RB group may be in rough shape. Not sure if CFA is quite SEC ready and has already delt with an injury of some sort. Jelly cant do it all and now having a prob of his own dont help. Would help with a Dobbs back there taking some of the slack but might have a pocket passer so hopefully TC will come in ready to throw down!
