Anyone know how many players are out with injuries? (2016 vs 2017)

Many people are looking at that list and assuming all them injuries were this spring, like a few posters have correctly said a large amount of these injuries are post-surgery and or recovering from last year. We have had some injuries this spring but most have been reported as minor and nothing major to anyone that I can recall. GBO!!!!!

Won't play what? He's been out there on a limited basis doing non contact stuff. I'd bet he's ready to go this fall, have heard nothing otherwise.

FTR, what was Berry's injury exactly? Was it a full ACL year or an MCL?

I don't remember what exactly it was, but the fact that he's done some non contact stuff makes me think it wasn't an ACL tear.

We're really hurting at running back depth. I hope Ty Chandler comes in ready to play.

Yep, and I still don't understand why they let Chase Hyden son of Vol great RB Aaron Hyden go to Arkansas. He's got the skills to be a good SEC RB.

The list in the fall should be substantially shorter than last year. Barring summer injuries nearly everyone should be full go.

Other SEC injury reports, per request of the Cat:

Georgia: ?
Kirby mad, withholding injury reports. I did find these four listed.

Bama: ?
Everyone knows how Saban is, but I find it interesting that they are down three running backs, similar to our situation.

It was an ACL tear. He's just doing stretching and limited drills-- mostly sideline stuff. I believe they expect him to be full-go by fall.

I was hoping the coaches would change their minds on Chase. With Kelly and CFA limited this spring, Taylor Dowdy got a lot of reps. We need Ty Chandler to come in game-ready.
