Anyone hearing anything on Brazell? [arrested for driving on suspended license]

How many college players do we hear the same exact story. They get a ticket, don’t pay it, don’t show up in court, license is suspended, stopped again for speeding with no license. End up being arrested. You would think at some point they would learn. It’s pretty easy, pay your ticket. (I’m not advocating speeding but if you get a ticket just pay it).

Brazzell is turning out to be a disappointment.
He’s got all the tools in the world and it seems like he’s doing the ole Cam Seldon “need to heal up bit”.

Why didn’t he get that surgery at the end of spring?

Matthews is straining and trying to fight through and emerge. Brazzell seems like he did all of this on purpose as to not have to go thru Fall Practice. Because he knows he’s going to start, since he’s the most experienced.

Travis Smith just needs to go ahead and take his spot.
Whatever happened to seldon. People wouldn’t shut up about him being the next great.

Let's look at this simply. 60 in a 35 is hardly a "red flag" of a bad guy. The suspended license which hasn't come up until now means he's not getting pulled over in the Charger all the time. Again, no "red flag."

As problem players go, he's not trying very hard. I think he's a kid who is about to learn to pay your tickets or show up in court. No more, no less.

The police can follow people driving Chargers for one day and get their ticket quota for a month. It's almost obvious most of these folks driving Chargers are speeding or reckless driving at some point during the day.

I agree this sounds minor, but when has it ever been that simple? Hopefully this scares him enough to straighten up.

100% agree but also how big of a dummy you gotta be going 60 in a 35 on a suspended license? If he had gotten in a wreck man…

The worst thing about this is that he had to be arrested due
to his history of not showing up for court.
He should be arrested for not showing up to practice.

Heupel should beg for a bunch of money from some wealthy fan (say, Chuckiepoo), and go and get the best receiver money can buy. It would be extra great if UCLA had one worth buying:

1. Just for spite
2. If we had a really great one to round out this team, it's possible we could have a very successful year.
3. Per Thornton, we don't have much of a route tree that needs to be learned.
4. Just for spite.

Remember, the portal has no effect on walk-ons enrolled in school. I'm kidding around, of course.

Drivers Education Course. Been there done that. Twice. Long story.

Good for removing points but insurance premiums stink.

About 18 to 22yo dummy often. I imagine he thought the Blount Cty ticket wouldn't follow him and he'd just avoid Maryville and all would be fine.

And 60 in a 35 is not hard to imagine depending on the road.

It's dumb but I had the sense of brain damaged beagle when I was young too. It's as though some, not you but some, on VN never had a stupid period in their life.

I've been just a hairsbreadth from making felony level dumb decisions when I was young and with folks equally as dumb. Our only salvation was usually one idiot would have that moment of.... "This is going to get us either killed or put in prison, guys....."

Lots of people have done the same without being dragged through the newspapers.

Assuming (this is key) that the Blount County offense that led to the fail to appear is minor, then he needs to go to court, pay his fine, and keep his record clean for his duration here.

Maybe Heupel should have him park the Charger and drive a 2010 minivan for the rest of the season.
I heard back in 09 prius was popular 😭😂😭😂
Sorry I'm 16yrs late with that one
