First let me say I am no Titans fan. There is only one football team in Tennessee and it's the BIG ORANGE. I liked Mike when he was in Knoxville. Now that he has been with the Titans I can't listen to him. The words touchdown Titans and sacked take 15 minutes for him to get it out. I have been in Nashville 54 years except UTK '78 and I am so sick of the coverage we get here. We have signed on for radio with vu network. I want my city, state and university back!:swoon3:

Isn't there also a rumor circulating the Urban Meyer is once again going to resign, sometime in October? Which rumor is more likely to come true?

I love sitting through 15 minutes of a half of basketball without getting any kind of score update. Guess we are supposed to keep track of that in our heads or watch the ticker on ESPN.

Not much to add when his best commentary is "he's a shooter, Bob" and "money". At least Bill Anderson could use the alcohol as an excuse.

I really, really, really miss John Ward. I would be devestated if the pa announcer at Neyland retired a bit more though. I love listening to his voice over the speaker.

BK isn't John Ward but he does a good job and love TN...hire an outsider and you lose the orange flavor....plus Bob does more behind the scenes with the players than anyone realizes.

I've had the opportunity to meet both Bob Kesling and Mike Keith a couple of times and both of them are some of the classiest guys in the business. They both bleed Orange and are all VOL. However, I do at times feel that football isn't Kesling's best attribute. I'd be happy if he stayed on as the PBP for basketball and lure Mike Keith somehow, someway for football.

When you prefer to listen to Titans Radio over watching the game on tv, you know you have a special person on the mic in Keith. I just think that it would be extremely difficult to lure Keith away from Titans Radio. He's from Franklin, and has a great setup with the local NFL franchise.

Personally I think getting Keith to join the VOL network is a pipe dream and they will let Kesling retire from the booth. JMO.

Not sure why Kesling would go anywhere. He has to have one of the best jobs in the world. I would love to get paid what he gets paid for doing what he is not very good at.
