No one can defend what this garbage offense is doing. If anything praise the defense for mucking it up and making the other team play like sh#t too.

Having games when your team scores below 40 is more than just a "struggle." Its complete garbage is what it is. Not all the blame goes to Martin, its part the playmakers, or lack thereof, obviously.

His last year... Lost 3 straight to Oakland, Charlotte, and USC. Lost to C of C and then only scored 45 pts against Michigan in the tourny.

Exactly. Pearl may not have had back to back sub 40 games, but you can say CCM doesn't have a loss to a d3 school on his resume at tennessee either, like pearl does. My point being, sometimes there are bad stretches, most coaches have them and suggesting Pearl never did is ludicrous.

Now, will Martin right the ship, that's obviously the question. However, calling for his head or definitively calling him a failure at this point is beyond dumb.
