with its new grass, and LED scoreboards??? Ill be there on Sat., but I just cant wait and would love to see what it looks like.

That would be awesome to have seats 1 row below the bottom concourse, on the isle. T Row 16, seat 1, or something like that.

it's crazy they took the bushes out.

at least now all the UGA fans cant say we're stealing their hedge thunder.

Look at that first picture. Could you imagine being a running back and just breaking away running toward the enzone with everyone of those seats filled.

Ridiclious.

I took some of the sidelines where the hedges were, but I managed to screw the pics up somehow. The grass is THICK and plush. Neyland is a very special place.

IT'S FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!!!

Me and some buddies climbed to the top of the lights on the press box before the '94 season and took pics of them putting the grass in and painting the new "T" in the middle of the field.

Thanks so much for the pics, it looks awesome!!! Just wondering does the led scoreboard wrap around the entire stadium?

I went to a few games as a kid. First game was 1979 Notre Dame. I saw some good ones here and there, but from Andy Kelly through Peyton Manning, I got to see every home game as a student. My parents have 4 seats and my brother has 2, so I still get to go to a few games a year. I wish I owned my own seats, though. Maybe someday, Jason. Maybe, someday.

You should be "stoked!!". You might cry when they run out of the "T". Please, please, please don't make your way to the stadium too late. Get to your seats early. 30 to 20 minutes early, get ya a hotdog or 2, a drink and look around you as it fills. Nothing sweeter!! On the other hand, there's nothing worse than saying, "excuse me, excuse me," while trying to get to your seat.

Oh I know, I've been a season Ticket holder for the past two years. I know all about getting there early. As soon as the VolWalk is over I head into the stadium.

fence is gone as well, i like the look, man it looks big. i am looking forward to seeing the game day look with teams and band on it. i will miss the hedges though.

they're apparently going to be doing some kind of brick wall in place of the hedges, and I think I heard Hamilton say they might do the brick wall + new hedges to separate the fans from the field.
