I don't have a fancy catch phrase to describe it such as 'spread option' if that's what you are asking.

His book is titled "Hurry Up No Huddle — An Offensive Philosophy" if that helps. :)

As opposed to Cutcliffs book, " Going Backwards - An Offensive PhilFulmosophy"
Chapter 1 Throwing The Nut While Going Backwards
Chapter 2 Cut's and Glory: Block Going Backwards(How to lead the country in pass protection)
Chapter 3 QB's Shant Run with Regards to Tee Martin
Chapter 4 Trick Plays; why face the other team, just pass the ball between some legs all tricky like.
Chapter 5 How to Live off Pass Success(My Life With The Mannings)
Chapter 6 Me and Dan Marino got a lot in common, no jewlery
Final Chapter 7 Heck I'm Tired

what would you describe as his "system"?

My only fear with gus is that he would shy from running the ball. Wouldn't be new to UT as of late, but i'll always prefer a power running game.
I have that fear too, but he actually ran the ball a little bit more than he threw the ball this year.
