The weekend of the Fla game? I will be on my honeymoon and was wondering if any Vol fans would be forced to watch the game from the Caribbean.

My wife planned our wedding the day of the Alabama game in 02. I thought I was being smart by insisting on an evening wedding - then the game was moved to night. I still catch hell from my family for that gaffe.

I told my wife that only smart people get married in the Spring and Summer..........went on to tell her that 90% of marriages that took place in the fall end up in divorce.

True for Vol fans. The 2 Vandy fans who married in the fall are still married.

No Fall wedding was my only demand. Even if it's a bye week you are bound to have an anniversary land on game day every now and then.

The day I got married in August ended up being the hottest day of the summer that year. When I looked at the weather forecast for that week it showed rain and partly cloudy for everyday that week except Sat. The graphic on that day was a bursting thermometer. No joke.

I argued to no avail on the no fall wedding, but when your wife is going to be a doctor its hard to force your hand on somethings.
