you put in your reservation and once the bus fills up you have a ride to the game. I think they need 32 or so people to fill a bus. But once they get 32 your trip is confirmed. I put in my 50 bucks and then a month later they filled that bus.

In other words, I don't need a hotel and get to tailgate on the way there. Then I get to celebrate around a bunch of pissed off drunk homie fans lol Of course the other scenario is i hate life on the way back (I like my chances :D

My only worry is that it states *bus departs 45 minutes after the event ends. With 150,000 people, there's no way you'll be out of the stadium and back to the bus in 45 minutes. The must be counting on most of the VA Tech people leaving in the 3rd quarter. lol

Just a guess, but I would think this bus line has a working relationship with BMS, and their buses will have preferred parking spots.

So if you are not having to walk a mile or two from your exit to the bus, 45 minutes after the game ends is plenty of time. You just can't stand around singing rocky top with the folks that drove.

You also have to figure that with the field being a temporary installation, they're practically inviting fans to storm it afterwards to collect turf souvenirs, remove the goalposts, and behave like the drunken fools that they will be. And that'll take even more time because of the long hike from the stands to the field (be sure to stop and look both ways before crossing... well, okay, just look left).

Yeah, you'll never make the bus.

VolsRGood mentioned they had some special upgraded service on the bus for the return trip. Maybe we could get more information about that. I believe it was in another thread.

I've rode in one before, they're very nice. Wish I could take one to the game. Heck, I wish I could just go to the game lol.
