ill be dissappointed if we dont play well or dont win. Always think Gators are winneable game, because a redneck ass program.

Not sure if I mentioned this; but sick we lost to Pitt. At home.
Kind of hard to call Florida a redneck program when we just got through having the biggest redneck coach of all time

IMO... Hooker starts, Milton is on deck... Hooker's first fumble or severe lack of production he is in. Baily is there for emergency situations. Go Vols!

I don’t know what to expect on Saturday in terms of personnel. But I expect to see the full offense, warts and all, in this game. Coaches can talk scheme all day. But there’s no reason to hold anything back at this point. Win or lose, this is an important game. If they are expected to contribute this season they need to be out there.

I understand Milton has the most upside and 3yrs left but if he some how figures it out this year and plays well next year, he's gone to the NFL he won't be around for year 3, heck if he some how figured it out this year and started putting up numbers. He may leave.

I thought the offense looked a little faster yesterday with Hooker, I'm guessing that's due to getting a week of QB1 reps. Milton had QB1 reps pretty much all summer so he should be used to the tempo.

I think Hooker is serviceable enough to start the rest of the season and potentially next unless we're able to pull a QB from another school

Milton is the only one that gives us a fighters chance with the deep ball. Just has to start hitting it. I’m fine with whoever the coach puts out there tho and I don’t expect a close game. Hope they pull a shocker

Feel the Milton is maybe 0.001% better than Hooker at this point. If he could get the deep ball, would be exponentially better. Milton’s short passes is much better than Hooker’s.

Milton is the best quarterback we have on the roster, and it’s not close. He has better command of the offense, and is accurate on everything but his deep ball. If he starts connecting on deep balls he gives us a punchers chance versus anyone.
Just 20 plus yard strikes would be great. Hope all those guys keep getting better we are gonna need them all before season is over.

I like Hooker and Milton. Hooker has far more D-1 experience and would be the safest option for the Florida game. Milton also seems injury prone. Both will play a lot this season and have skills. They are definite upgrades over Maurer and the snake bitten JG. However, Shrout might have competed if he had stayed the course, Then there is poor Kaidon Salter - the worthless jerk water idiot from Texas - now under the custody of Hugh Freeze. Hooker, Milton and Bailey all can be solid sec qbs.

Vs. Florida? I’m thinking he’s more of a gamer than Hooker and gives us the best shot. If he can use some moisturizer on his throwing hand, we got us a ballgame.

Humm - let's see now.

Hooker - Rating 171.12, 33 of 47 70.21%, 392 yards, 5 TDs
Milton - Rating 106.22, 18 of 35 51.43%, 189 yards, 1 TD

Call me crazy - but I would roll with Hooker.

Uh, call me crazy, but how do you compare 2 FBS schools to a low level FCS school? Not sure the competition really is the same.

I'd guess if Milton is healthy he will start. Gators have a potent defense and I'm not sure it will ultimately matter. The goal should be for Huepel to get the QB he likes most for the rest of the season and beyond as much time as possible in the system.

From a practical standpoint for this game in a vacuum, the QB with the best feet and fastest decision making should play. There won't be much time back there and the running game is likely to be non-existent outside of scrambles.

That's pretty much their stats against Pitt as well. Are you going to make me dig that out or did you miss that game ?
