Anyone else still feel like it's the holiday b/c UT hasn't played?

I'm just curious if anyone feels like me and feel like it is still Christmas season because UT hasn't played it's bowl game. Does it feel like Christmas and New Year's Day was extended? If so, once the game is over will you get that post holiday depression knowing the UT football season is over? Haave you already gone back to work so it already feels like that?

I'm not sure this is thread worthy but I realized once this game is over it is back to work reality for me. All the lights, egg nog and celebrations have come and gone.

I know that I've enjoyed the holidays a lot more. For one thing, I've actually been able to enjoy watching the other bowl games, instead of them being just another disgusting reminder that we aren't in one. I think I bought more Christmas presents this year. Everything seems better.

I probably need professional help.

Always the holidays when the vols are in a bowl game, it makes Christmas and New Year’s Day more special, because I have to include my vols like a family.

Was not interested in the other bowl games after watching the 2 playoff games. Something missing. Made me remember the years I would watch football from morning to night on NYD. I am interested in the one tonight though!

My wife and I both took some time off since midday on Dec. 26. It's been nice not having to get up early except for a couple of mornings when we wanted to do something. We live just outside Orlando so we'll be going to Jax a little later today to watch the Big Orange!

I will be at Wild Wing Cafe off Campbell Station RD. It's my new official good luck place. We were 4-0 this season when I watched from there... and I love "The Boss" style wings.
