My apologies for grouping the superstar players in with the student athletes that do bust their ass to get a great education while playing sports. I reacted with high school experiences with star athletes.Dude your so wrong, most do go to class and do well. Them are the facts. Everyone blankets all players of only caring about money. But most players go to class and take it serious. You are so wrong. GBO
I don't think that'll happen if it's the underwater basket weaving class. Nico has trouble going deep.It would be awkward if Nico and Joey wind up in the same basket weaving class together
Season is really 24/7, especially this year. Every day he gets to work with the offense, WR's, RB's, C is important whether it is official practices or individual summer workouts. This is the classic, "We've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there," Jerry Reed was singing about in Smokey and the Bandit movie.Season doesn’t start until August.
Back in the late 50s when I was at Tennessee, we had basketball group which include three football players, an English Professor, Cosco( a little person) who was a manager for the football team. We played in the Knoxville basketball league and went undefeated. The English Professor told me of a football player who was in his Freshman class. Each student had to write a paper during their first class. The football play handed in his paper and hen the prof opened it up to grade it, the guy had written"Dear Teach, I am a football playe" and signed his name. He put a F on the outside of the paper nd wrote," Dar XXX, I am an English Professor". He said he had no problems with the player and he learned how to write papers.Do you think that these kids go to class or care about education. They are brought on to play ball, not to go to class
