Anyone else have Battered Vol Syndrome as bad as me?

I think this win is so big for so many reasons. Recruiting for one. Two, Pruitt has now earned more buy in from this team. Some of those older guys who might not have fully bought in, should now be firmly planted in their seats and ready for the fun ride ahead.

Big win. Huge.

I can't recall the poster's screen name, but after CJP's show of emotion following the Georgia game, someone on this board stated the these kids will now run through a brick wall for him.
I didn't give it much credence at the time but in retrospect that poster may have been spot-on.

Please stop.
I'm just getting started. I'm not saying we go 8-4 but if we can win against Auburn on the road then we have a shot against USCjr, Ky, Vandy, and Mizzou. If we can split them then we go bowling and that's all I ever wanted this season.

Today was absolutely a program changer. We've been on a death spiral since Nebraska and todays win finally got us heading back in the right direction. Today is the beginning of the long hard climb out of the hole.

I'm telling y'all today was HUGE for our program. We still got a long way to go but today proves that we're moving forward for the first time in a very long time.

I had already accepted that Auburn was going to recover the onside kick and score a touchdown to win it. I was thinking about what a dagger it would be, to snatch defeat, again, from the jaws of victory.

I'm ashamed, but we've just seen so many bad things happen to our beloved Vols.

But it was different today. First win over a western division team since 2010.

I though it was nice that the camera panned to Fulmer as time expired. Happy for him. Happy for Pruitt. And I'm thrilled for our fans, me most of all. :)

Go Vols!
I’m still waiting for something to happen to take the win away.

Well, don't feel like the Lone Ranger. As to the last part? No comment.

I’m with you freak.... I accepted the fact that the Vols actually won today and that the sec office wasn’t getting ready to announce that they had put 2 minutes on the clock and given Auburn first and
Goal from the 1 somewhere around 3 minutes ago 😂

I’ll take it a step further Freak. When we couldn’t punch it in and had to settle for a field goal to make it 30-17 rather than 34-17....I was 100% convinced that our defense would give up 2 touchdown drives to end the game and we’d lose 31-30.

On a different note, after watching Medley the last 4 years, how great is it to have an SEC kicker in Cimaglia that can actually hit a routine 40-45 yard field goal?

Me either. The last game I didn't watch a single second of, aside from last year, was when Butch beat ranked USCe. Lol. I just need to get a new hobby and help you guys out.
I’ll watch when I can and go when I can too, I’m just another jinx they have to overcome.
